A very compact hideout where the bare necessities are present:
- Stash + Lilly right next to the desk. Guild stash (for those who use it) is hidden in the left part of the desk.
- Crafting bench + Expedition locker are semi-hidden against the walls
- Horticult crafting station + Heist locker are tucked away in the book shelves against the wall.
Other NPC's can be added in if they are needed (and dismissed when you no longer need them).
